Returns and Refunds
You have 15 days from order receipt date to return it if, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase. If, on the other hand, you have received a damaged, faulty, incorrect product or you have received an incomplete order, you still have 15 days to contact us by following the instructions “Returns for damaged, defective or incorrect items” here below mentioned.
After the aforementioned terms we will no longer be responsible for damages and/or problems related to the products.
The shipping costs originally incurred and those for shipping the returned items will remain the responsibility of the buyer.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
Follow these simple steps:
1. Send an email to email@example.com containing the order’s number and date noted in the order confirmation email or in the invoice.
2. You will receive a reply email containing the return instructions.
3. The products must be placed in their original packaging, with all their elements and attached manuals. Products must be returned unused and in perfect condition.
4. Once we have received your order, we will check the products to verify their status. Products received damaged will only be partially refunded after the damage has been assessed.
5. It is important to keep the shipping receipt until our confirmation of receipt of the return and issue of the refund.
6. The refund will be made with the same payment method originally used for the purchase. The refund will be made within 14 days after return receipt.
Returns can only be issued from the country where the order was delivered. We will not be responsible for goods lost or damaged by courriers. Send us by eMail the photo of the shipping receipt in order to process your refund to firstname.lastname@example.org
RETURNS FOR DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you have received a damaged, non-compliant, defective, incorrect or incomplete order, you can request a replacement of the item within 15 days of receiving the order.
To request a replacement or refund, write an email to email@example.com indicating the specific reason “Damaged, non-compliant or incorrect product” and attaching one or more images and/or videos of the item in question, in which it is clearly visible the defect.
In the event that the non-conformity of the product is ascertained, we will arrange for the replacement and/or refund. The refund will be issued within 14 working days.
If you have not received the refund after this time, we kindly ask you to send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you have opened a dispute on PayPal or other payment systems, we will not be able to fulfill your refund or replacement request.
