Shipping Times

The shipment of products purchased on generally takes within 2 working days (Mon-Fri) from the date of the order confirmation (or from the date of payment receipt in the case of a bank transfer) by courier.

When the package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email directly from the currier where you will find a ink to track the shipment status of your order. If you have already created an account, you can check the status of your order by visiting the relative section.

The principal courier used for orders delivery is GLS. Depending on the delivery area, the order could also be forwarded to other local courriers.

Delivery times may be delayed in the event of:

  • goods not in stock (in this case you will be promptly contacted by our customer service team to offer you some solutions)
  • holidays such as Christmas, August 15th and national holidays
  • events independent of the will of actors involved in the distribution chain, such as natural disasters, roadblocks for strikes, demonstrations, road accidents, visits to public figures, etc …
  • inventory or in case of extraordinary needs

Couriers do not deliver on holidays and days before holidays and on national holidays.
