SAMPLING service

Thanks to this service, valid only for the purchase of a single piece/model, Argenesi offers you the opportunity to buy a sample of the chosen item, receive it at your home and decide, within 15 days from receipt, if it reflects your expectations and therefore:

1) Proceed with the purchase (online only) of additional pieces (at least other 3pcs of the same item originally purchased) receiving a discount coupon to be applied at the time of checkout equal to the difference between the price of the single item and the price for quantities greater than 3pcs (as shown in the table on the item’s page), and the shipping costs originally incurred.

Example: Item price 1-2pcs=€45.00 / 3+pcs=€30.00, shipping costs €9.90. The total cost incurred will be €45.00+€9.90=€54.90. The voucher you will receive will be €24.90 [(€45.00-€30.00€)+€9.90].

2) Return the purchased sample, receiving the credit of the price paid for its purchase, minus the shipping costs originally incurred. The shipping costs for the return will be paid by the buyer.

Example: Item price 1-2pcs=€45.00 / Shipping costs €9.90. The total cost incurred will be €45.00+€9.90=€54.90. The refund you will receive will be €45.00 (€54.90-€9.90).
